occupied staging services

Occupied staging

Restrictions

Occupied Staging is the perfect solution for many homes on the market, but we do have some restrictions when it comes to this service:

We do not provide occupied staging in homes with small children or pets. Don’t get us wrong, we love children and animals! But they tend to over-love our accessories and furniture items, which can leave them damaged and unusable.

We do not rent individual items or accessories for staging. Our staging packages are meant to help buyers see the full potential of your space! They can’t do that with one lamp, so let our team of experts set you up for success starting with a consultation of your space and we’ll let you know our recommendations from there!

We thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

The Home Staging Consultation is made to tell you everything you need to know before you put your house on the market.

*Allow Up to 2 Hours

$250

With our expertise in what makes homes sell, we will be using a Top Priority Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done in order to get your house on buyers “must see” list. We will recommend high-return tweaks you can make so your house is designed and ready for impeccable photos and showings.

This service is designed for the DIY and will give you all the objective, expert advice you need to do the staging work yourself. A consultation is the cheapest thing you can do when trying to sell your home. It will save you time, headaches and possibly thousands of dollars on a successful sale!

Your furniture. Our design expertise.

We will transform your “lived-in” home to a desirable “I-want-to-live-here” home. Since every home is different, we can tailor to your needs by hiring movers, packers and/or contractors. You won’t believe the difference a few hours makes just using what you already own!

accessory package

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.

Many times a “lived-in” home just needs the final finishing touches with updated accessories before it hits the market. This is where we come in and work our magic so your online listing photos POP!

$500+

The Accessory Staging Package is where we work with the homeowner’s larger furniture items and spruce it up using accessories from our inventory to enhance the space so that it appeals to potential buyers and gets them through your door.

Our package includes accessorizing with art, lamps, coffee tables, faux greenery and tabletop decor to create “the look” that buyers are looking for. Using our accessories, we will create fireplace displays, open shelving displays, tablescapes and vanityscapes that will make buyers go o-o-h and a-h-h.

Buyers buy homes based on emotion. We will create those “emotional connection points” such as a reading nook, coffee barista, wine bar cart, etc to delve into buyers emotions so they connect with your home and see themselves living there.

If you are tight on time and/or accessories, this is the perfect package for you!
